Gin 72 is a very high-quality gin, the result of careful research, selection, and combination of the best local raw materials. It undergoes 2 distillation processes, using direct-fire pot stills in a discontinuous cycle. The recipe is composed of 16 botanical ingredients that include roots, seeds, fruits, and vegetables. Gin 72 is also one of the few gins in the world that contains seaweed, harvested manually on the wonderful beaches of northern Fuerteventura.
