Transparency is a defining characteristic of our Entity. For years, at Aguaguanches, S.L., we have been working to get the information to you in the clearest and most accessible way possible.
This portal has been created following the recommendations of the Transparency Commissioner of the Government of the Canary Islands and in compliance with Law 12/2014, of December 26, on transparency and access to public information, of the Government of the Canary Islands.

The Administration Body of this Company is constituted with the modality or structure of sole partner D. Paolo Stefani.

AGUAGUANCHES, S.L., is the first distillery born on this magical island of Fuerteventura in 2016:
With completely artisanal methods, from distillation to packaging, the first and only London Dry Gin in the Canary Islands is produced.
The GIN 72 Premium
To date, the Company’s leading product. Thanks to an old family recipe, passed down from generation to generation, a liqueur with a unique flavor, the Licorice Liqueur, is also produced.
We have to wait 5 long years to see the birth of the last Gin, made with the traditional cold maceration method.
The Kiss of La Mulata
The Kiss of La Mulata can be tasted in a shot, with a slice of grapefruit and sugar. Aguaguanches, a reality already consolidated in the Canary Islands, is now facing new challenges in international markets.
Craftsmanship, careful selection of raw materials. and great attention to production are the constants that make this company the only one in its sector.

AUDIT AND FISCALIZATION REPORT
The entity does not carry out audits of accounts and fiscalization by the external control bodies since, as specified in article 263 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2010, of July 2, which approves the consolidated text of the Capital Companies Law,
Article 263. Auditor of accounts.
1. The annual accounts and, where appropriate, the management report must be reviewed by an auditor of accounts.
2. Companies that during two consecutive financial years meet, on the closing date of each of them, at least two of the following circumstances are exempt from this obligation:
a) That the total of the asset items does not exceed two million eight hundred and fifty thousand euros.
b) That the net amount of its annual turnover does not exceed five million seven hundred thousand euros.
c) That the average number of workers employed during the year does not exceed fifty.
Our entity does not meet any of the circumstances reflected in the previous sections.
